Preparation Method :
- Mix all the ingredients together and form a thin batter than the dosa batter.
- Cut the Cauliflower into bite size pieces and wash it cleanly.
- Heat the kadai with oil.
- Dip either one of the above vegetable to the batter and deep fry it.
- Serve hot with coconut chutney.
- Note: put the cauliflower into hot water before dipping in the batter.
INGREDIENTS
- 250 grams Bengal gram flour
- 250 grams maida
- 250 grams raw rice flour
- 2 teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoon chilli powder
- ¼ sodium bi carbonate
- ¼ teaspoon asafoetida
- 300 ml IDHAYAM sesame oil
- 1 Cauliflower
