Preparation Method :
- Boil and extract tomato puree, Green chilly, slit into half Chop coriander leaves fine.
- Add turmeric powder, sambhar powder, asafoetida powder, and salt to the puree; boil for 4 minutes.
- In another tava, allow mustard seeds to splutter in ghee; add to rasam.
- Add more water if required and keep in sim.
- Stir the lemon juice into it and garnish with chopped coriander leaves.
- Serve hot with rice.
INGREDIENTS
- 400 grams of tomato
- 1 teaspoon sambhar powder
- 1 teaspoon asafoetida
- 2 green chilly
- A pinch Turmeric powder
- 2 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon mustard seeds
- 1 teaspoon ghee
- Coriander leaves for garnishing
- Salt to taste
