INSTANT RASAM

Cooking Time :
10 minutes

Preparation Method :

  • Boil and extract tomato puree, Green chilly, slit into half Chop coriander leaves fine.
  • Add turmeric powder, sambhar powder, asafoetida powder, and salt to the puree; boil for 4 minutes.
  • In another tava, allow mustard seeds to splutter in ghee; add to rasam.
  • Add more water if required and keep in sim.
  • Stir the lemon juice into it and garnish with chopped coriander leaves.
  • Serve hot with rice.

INGREDIENTS

  • 400 grams of tomato
  • 1 teaspoon sambhar powder
  • 1 teaspoon asafoetida
  • 2 green chilly
  • A pinch Turmeric powder
  • 2 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon mustard seeds
  • 1 teaspoon ghee
  • Coriander leaves for garnishing
  • Salt to taste
