Preparation Method :
- Take the rice flour in a flat plate.
- Take a glass of warm water and mix with little amount of salt.
- Sprinkle over the flour and rub against the plate. Take care not to pour more water which will make the flour to a thick dough. continue rubbing the flour until you get a wet- dry flour. The rice flour will be as wet powder with small sand sized balls.
- Transform the flour to a cotton cloth and cover up. Steam it in a pressure cooker for just 5 -7 min.
- Fry the moong dal in a frying pan without any oil.
- Transform the flour to a mixing vessel, Add Grated coconut, sugar / jaggery (depends on how much sweet you would prefer) and the fried moong dal , and mix well.
- Serve either hot or cold.

- 200 grams Rice Flour
- 100 grams coconut,grated
- 3 teaspoon sugar / jaggery
- 1 teaspoon Moong Dal
- Salt to taste
