Preparation Method :
- Soak moong dal for 30minutes in water.
- Wash it well and pour moong dal in mixie, and grind well and make idly batter consistency.
- Add salt and stir it.
- Pour the batter in Idli maker and steam it for 15 minutes.
- Take out from the idly maker and transfer it to a plate and once cooled, mash it thoroughly.
- Then place kadai on stove, pour some oil, add mustard seeds, urad dal, red chilli, onions and curry leaves.
- After sometime add the mashed up moong dal in the kadai and mix it well.
- Serve hot.

- 250 grams Moong Dal (Without Husk)
- 1 Teaspoon Salt
- 3 Pieces Red Chilli
- 1 teaspoon Mustard Seeds
- IDHAYAM MANTRA Peanut oil
- Curry Leaves
- 1 onion chopped lenghthwise
