Preparation Method :
- Smear the capsicums with curd. Allow to stand for about 10 - 15 minutes.
- Heat the oil and add all the ingredients for tempering. When the mustard seeds splutter, add the capsicum, salt and little water. Simmer covered till done.
- Sprinkle with poriyal powder. Fry for about 2 minutes.
- Serve hot.
INGREDIENTS
- 500 grams capsicums, cut into small pieces
- 2 tablespoon sour curd
- 1 tablespoon poriyal powder
- Salt to taste
Tempering
- 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
- 1 tablespoon Cooking oil
- 1 teaspoon mustard seeds
- ½ teaspoon asafoetida powder
- A few curry leaves
