MORU KULAMBU
Moru Kulambu is best to prepare every morning since it comes as a sweet soup. You can prepare this recipe with some healthy ingredients including potatoes, peanut oil, fenugreek seeds, curry leaves and red chillies

Preparation Method :
- Soak split yellow peas in 1cup water for half an hour.
- Drain away water and grind yellow peas with green chilies, coriander seeds, cumin seeds, and grated coconut using 5 tablespoons water.
- Peel and cut each potato into four pieces.
- Whip yogurt and transfer to a medium saucepan. Add remaining water, salt, turmeric Powder, ground paste and potato pieces.
- Cook over medium heat till desired consistency. Set aside.
- Preheat oil in a small frying pan.
- Add mustard seeds, fenugreek seeds, and dry red chilies and curry leaves.
- Sauté for two minutes and add to the cooked potato.
- Serve with steamed rice.
INGREDIENTS
- 4 teaspoons split yellow peas
- 800 ml water
- 4 green chilies
- 2 teaspoon coriander seeds
- 2 teaspoon cumin seeds
- 5 tablespoons grated fresh coconut
- 5 medium sized boiled potatoes
- 600 ml sour yogurt
- Salt to taste
- 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
- 2 tablespoon Cooking oil
- 1 teaspoon black mustard seeds
- 1 teaspoon fenugreek seeds
- 4 red chilies
- 10 curry leaves
