Preparation Method :
- Roast theblack pepper, cumin seeds, coriander seeds, fenugreek, raw rice, red chilli, channa dhal, urad dhal, Mustard , garlic and curry leaves.
- Grind the above mixture with tamarind paste, asafoetida and salt to a fine paste by adding water.
- Heat oil in a pan, add mustard seeds, once its splutter, add grounded paste and turmeric powder and mix well.
- Keep the stove in low flame and let it boil for few minutes.
- Serve hot with white rice.
INGREDIENTS
- 4 tablespoon Black Pepper
- 2 tablespoon Cumin seeds
- 1 teaspoon Mustard seeds
- 50 grams Fresh Coriander leaves
- 8 Garlic
- 1 teaspoon Urad dhal
- 1 teaspoon Channa dhal
- 2 Red chilli
- 1 teaspoon Fenugreek seeds
- 5 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon raw rice
- Salt to taste
- 1½ tablespoon Tamarind paste
- 2 teaspoon Turmeric powder
- 1½ teaspoon Asafoetida powder
- 1 tablespoon Coriander seeds
