Preparation Method :
- Spread the soaked sago on paper napkins to absorb excess moisture and keep aside.
- Heat oil in a kadhai. Add cumin seeds and peanuts. Fry till peanuts turn light golden.
- Add chopped boiled potato. Fry for 2 minutes or till golden. Add coriander leaves and green chillies. Add salt.
- Add sago. Mix well. Cook covered on low heat for 5 minutes, stirring just once in between.
- Add sugar and lemon juice. Remove from heat.
INGREDIENTS
- 200 grams sago-soaked for 2 hours in water
- 50 grams peanuts split into two
- 1 ¼ teaspoon salt
- 1 medium potato - boiled, peeled, cut into pieces
- 4 tablespoon Sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
- 2-3 green chillies-slit
- 1-2 tablespoon lemon juice, or to taste
- 1 teaspoon sugar
Garnishing
- Few chopped fresh coriander leaves
