RAVA IDLI WITH YOGURT

Preparation Method :
- Beat yoghurt into lassi.
- Chop chillies into fine pieces.
- Chop ginger into thin pieces.
- Chop coriander leaves finely.
- Chop cashewnuts into medium-sized pieces and fry in ghee.
- Fry rava in a teaspoon of ghee for about 40 seconds.Add this to the sour yoghurt and keep aside.
- Melt some more ghee and roast mustard seeds, jeera, green chillies, ginger, coriander leaves and curry leaves.
- Add this to the rava mixture. Add cashewnuts and required salt.
- Pour in idli-moulds and stream as for idlis.
- Serve hot with tomato onion gravy.
INGREDIENTS
- 500 grams Rava
- 200 ml Sour yoghurt
- 100 grams Cashewnuts
- 1 teaspoon Ginger
- 8 Green chillies
- A few Curry leaves
- 200 grams Coriander leaves
- 1 teaspoon Mustard seeds
- 1 teaspoon Jeera
- 4 tablespoons Ghee
- Salt to taste
