WHEAT DOSA

20 minutes

Preparation Method :

  • Mix the wheat flour, rawa, rice powder, salt and enough water. Mix well.
  • Add water till its gets a diluted form in a medium consistency.
  • Cut the green chillies, curry leaves, and ginger finely.
  • Add them in wheat dosa mix.
  • Add Splited cashew nuts.
  • Heat the dosa pan. Spread the wheat dosa mix from the edge of dosa pan.
  • Put in oil or ghee around the dosa. Close it with lid with handle. Simmer the flame. Wait till the dosa turns crispy. no need to turn. Fold the dosa and serve.
  • Wheat dosa will take a quite long time to be done.

INGREDIENTS

  • 200 grams wheat flour
  • 3 tablespoon white rawa
  • 3 tablespoon rice powder
  • 2 Green Chillies
  • 1 inch Ginger
  • 1 teaspoon jeera
  • Few curry leaves
  • Salt
  • Cooking oil or ghee
  • 25 grams Cashew nuts
