Preparation Method :
- Grate carrots.
- Chop vegetables and coriander leaves finely.
- Pour a ladle of the dosa batterin a non-stick pan and sprinkle all the ingredients over it.
- Add oil around it like in dosa and turn side. Allow the side with the vegetables to turn golden brown.
- Remove from fire and serve hot with combinations as in dosa. 'Idli milagai podi' tastes good, mixed in oil.
- For a soft good oothappam,keep the batter a little thick. Make sure oothappams are prepared thick.
- Serve hot.

- 200 grams Capsicum
- 100 grams Carrots
- 200 grams Onions
- 200 grams Tomatoes
- 4 tablespoon Coriander leaves
- 800 grams Dosa Batter
- Salt to taste
- IDHAYAM sesame oil fro frying
