DOSA FILLING

20 minutes

Preparation Method :

  • Chop potatoes into small square pieces Chop carrots, beans, onions and capsicum very finely chop coriander leaves very finely.
  • Heat the oil, and allow the mustard seeds to splutter; add jeera and stir.
  • Add the vegetables and turmeric powder stir and close lid. Open in 3 minutes and repeat process.
  • Add garam masala powder and the remaining ingredients and salt.
  • vegetables must be soft and well cooked.Fill in dosa, fold.
  • Serve hot.

  • 250 grams Potatoes
  • 100 grams Beans
  • 200 grams Carrots
  • 200 grams Onions
  • 200 grams Capsicum
  • 1 teaspoon Chilly powder
  • 1 teaspoon Turmeric powder
  • Garam masala a pinch
  • 100 grams Coriander leaves
  • 1 teaspoon Mustard seeds
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 teaspoon Jeera
  • 4 tablespoons Cooking oil
