Preparation Method :
- Heat the griddle and pour a ladleful of batter to make a thick dosai. Make sure not spread the batter thin.
- Pour a teaspoon of oil round the edges of the batter.
- Mix the chopped capsicum, grated cheese and coconut with green chillies and coriander leaves in a bowl.
- Sprinkle a tablespoon of the coconut mixture evenly over the top of the thick dosai. Fry till base is golden.
- Turn the oothappam carefully and fry till done.
- Serve hot with any chutney.
INGREDIENTS
- 3 green chillies, chopped fine
- A small bunch of coriander leaves, chopped fine
- 300 ml leftover sour dosai batter
- 1 capsicum, chopped fine
- 50 grams grated cheese
- 50 grams grated coconut
- Cooking Oil for shallow frying
