VEGETABLE STRING HOPPERS

Preparation Method :
- Chop carrots,beans,onions and chilies finely.
 - Heat 400 ml of water in a large pan. Add salt and a teaspoon of oil. Now add the semia and stir for a minute. Make sure the semia is soft and not pasty. Now drain it over in a strainer.
 - Heat oil in a pan and splutter the mustard seeds first. Now add the jeera and curry leaves and saute for a few seconds.
 - Add vegetables, and turmeric powder, stir and close lid for 2 minutes. Keep in low heat. Open lid and stir again. When soft, add the salt and garam masala.
 - Remove from fire and mix with the prepared 'sevai'.
 - Serve cooled.
 
INGREDIENTS
- 400 grams of Semia
 - 200 grams of Beans
 - 100 grams of Carrot
 - Onion
 - 6 Green chillies
 - Turmeric powder a pinch
 - 1 teaspoon Coram masala
 - 1 teaspoon Mustard seeds
 - 1 teaspoon Jeera
 - A few Curry leaves
 - 6 tablespoons Cooking Oil
 - Salt to taste
