                    Preparation Method :
- Mix the rice flour and salt together. Heat the water until bubbles start appearing at the bottom of the pan.
 - When the water is just about boiling, add to the rice flour.
 - Stirring continuously until the rice flour is coming together to form a moist dough.
 - Make small balls out of it.
 - Place the balls firmly into your idiyappam press or mould.
 - Sprinkle some coconut over the plate or banana leaf.
 - Start pressing the idiyappam onto the plate or banana leaf.
 - Place the plate or banana leaf on steamer.
 - Steam it for about 10 minutes.
 - Open, unmould, and serve hot.
 
INGREDIENTS
- 400 grams rice flour
 - Salt to taste
 - 4 tablespoon of grated coconut
