Preparation Method :
- Boil the water, salt and oil in a covered vessel. Lower heat and slowly add the rice flour; mix continuously till the mixture is lump-free.
- Remove the vessel from the heat. Knead the mixture with pressure. Put some dough into a vermicelli press and press onto a muslin cloth.
- Steam for about 3-5 minutes in a steamer or until cooked.
- Repeat till all the dough has been used.

- 200 ml water
- Salt to taste
