Preparation Method :
- Grate coconut and grind soaked rice finely. Add both with salt and keep aside for 2 hours.
- In a non-stick pan make thick adais.
- Turn both sides until done.
- Serve hot with sambhar.
INGREDIENTS
- 400 grams of Parboiled Rice
- 100 grams of Coconut
- Cooking Oil for frying
- Salt to taste
