VEGETABLE CLEAR SOUP WITH DUMPLINGS

Preparation Method :
- Take a Kadai pour Idhayam sesame Oil and all the vegetables and sauté the vegetables for 3 minutes.
- Add water, salt and crushed pepper and cook till the vegetables become soft and keep the soup aside.
- For the dumplings
- Combine all the ingredients in a mixing bowl and mix it like a chappathi dough and divide the mixture into 12 portions.
- Roll the portions into small oval shaped balls.
- In a kadai, pour sesame oil, when the oil becomes hot, put the dumplings and fry it. Fry till it becomes golden brown and keep aside.
- To serve
- Take soup bowls, add one or two dumplings pour hot soup over it and garnish with coriander leaves and roasted sesame seeds.
INGREDIENTS
- 400 grams Carrot, Beans, Cabbage, broccoli, Spring onions, cut into small Pieces
- 1 teaspoon Whole black pepper crushed
- 2 tablespoon Sesame oil
- Salt to taste
For the Dumplings
- 2 Tablespoon Sesame Seeds
- 150 grams Gram flour
- Pinch of salt
- 1 teaspoon chopped Green chillies
- Small bunch Coriander leaves
- ¼ teaspoon Pepper powder
- ¼ teaspoon Chilli powder
- 100 ml Sesame oil for deep frying
