Preparation Method :
- Heat the oil/butter in a large pot, add the chopped celery, sauté for about 1 minute, then add the flour and cook for another minute or so.
- Add the milk and stock all at once, stirring continuously. Add the seasoning, and bring the soup to a boil, then reduce the heat and simmer gently until the celery is tender.
- Divide the soup in bowls or cups, put 1 teaspoon of cream on top, and sprinkle with paprika.

- 50 ml Cooking oil
- 75 grams celery, finely chopped
- 50 grams flour
- 150 ml milk
- 750 ml stock
- salt and pepper to taste
- 25 grams cream
- some paprika powder.
