Preparation Method :
- Mix the corn flour with a little stock, and put the remaining stock to boil. Lower the heat, and mix in the corn flour, stirring continuously.
- Bring the stock to a boil again, add the sago, and cook until it is tender.
- Add the chicken meat and lemon juice, along with the seasoning. Check the taste and adjust the seasoning, if required. Serve hot.
INGREDIENTS
- 1½ tablespoon cornflour
- 750 ml chicken stock
- 1½ tablespoon sago (sabudana)
- 1½ tablespoon cooked chicken meat, finely chopped
- Lemon juice to taste
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon of sesame oil
