PEANUT SUNDAL

Preparation Method :

  • Soak peanuts in boiling water for 6 hours and pressure-cook with salt for 10 whistles.
  • Grate coconut for 4 tablespoons "Chop coriander leaves for garnishing.
  • Heat the oil and splutter the mustard seeds in it; add, curry leaves, boiled sundal, chilly powder, asafoetida powder and the grated coconut. Stir well, and garnish with chopped coriander leaves.
  • Serve as an evening snack. 

INGREDIENTS

  • 300 grams of Raw Peanuts 
  • 4 tablespoons Coconut 
  • 2 teaspoon Chilly powder 
  • 2 teaspoon Asafoetida powder 
  • Curry leaves a few
  • Coriander leaves for garnishing
  • 1 teaspoon Mustard seeds 
  • 2 tablespoon Cooking oil
  • Salt to taste
