Preparation Method :
- Soak peanuts in boiling water for 6 hours and pressure-cook with salt for 10 whistles.
- Grate coconut for 4 tablespoons "Chop coriander leaves for garnishing.
- Heat the oil and splutter the mustard seeds in it; add, curry leaves, boiled sundal, chilly powder, asafoetida powder and the grated coconut. Stir well, and garnish with chopped coriander leaves.
- Serve as an evening snack.

- 300 grams of Raw Peanuts
- 4 tablespoons Coconut
- 2 teaspoon Chilly powder
- 2 teaspoon Asafoetida powder
- Curry leaves a few
- Coriander leaves for garnishing
- 1 teaspoon Mustard seeds
- 2 tablespoon Cooking oil
- Salt to taste
