Preparation Method :
- Heat sesame oil in a pan. Add mustard seeds and allow them to splutter.
- Add urad dal and allow it to turn golden brown.
- Add red chillies, curry leaves and asafoetida.
- Add onions and sauté till onions turn soft.
- Add green peas and salt and mix well.
- Remove the pan from heat and transfer to serving bowls.
- Sprinkle mango and coconut on top and serve.
INGREDIENTS
- 200 grams Green peas, boiled
- 1 tablespoon IDHAYAM Sesame Oil
- 1 teaspoon Mustard seeds
- 1 teaspoon Split urad dal
- 3 dried red chillies, broken
- A pinch Asafoetida
- 8-10 Curry leaves
- 1 small Onion, chopped
- Salt to taste
- 50 grams raw mango, chopped
- 50 grams coconut, grated
