Preparation Method :
- In a bowl, combine the corn flour, plain flour, soya sauce and salt with water to make a smooth batter.
- Dip the paneer pieces in the batter and coat the sesame seeds and deep fry in hot oil, till Turns golden brown.
- Drain on absorbent paper and serve hot.
INGREDIENTS
- For the Til paneer starter
- 400 grams paneer cubes
- 50 grams corn flour
- 2 tablespoons plain flour (maida)
- ½ teaspoon soya sauce
- 50 grams sesame seeds
- Salt to taste
- Idhayam Sesame oil for deep frying
