THE BREAD CHOW CHOW

Preparation Method :
- Heat oil in a pan.
- Add the onions, ginger, garlic and add the vegetables one by one and fry till light brown.
- Add salt, sugar, chilli powder and cook on a low flame for 2-4 minutes.
- Now add the ketchup and cook for 4-5 minutes in low flame.
- Cut the bread slices into little cubes.
- Add milk to the bread and immediately add bread to the Cooking Mixture and mix well and cook for 10 minutes in low flame.
- Serve hot.
- Julian cut : Cut into long thin strips
INGREDIENTS
- 4 Slices of bread
- 1 Onion, Julian cut
- 2 tablespoons Ginger, Julian cut*
- 2 tablespoon Garlic, Julian cut*
- A quarter Cauliflowers cut as small little flowers
- ½ Potato, cut into Tiny Cubes
- 50 grams of Carrot or beans, Julian cut
- 100 ml Tomato ketchup
- 1/4 teaspoon chilli powder
- 4 teaspoons of sugar
- Salt to taste
- 100 ml milk
- 2 tablespoon Cooking oil
