Preparation Method :
- Heat the oil in a saucepan. Add the popping corn, stir well. Then cover and cook over a fairly high heat for 3-5 minutes, holding the saucepan lid firmly and shaking the pan frequently until the popping stops.
- Turn the popped corn into a dish, discarding any unpopped corn kernels.
- Melt the butter in a frying pan; add the garlic, almonds, cashews and peanuts. Then stir in the curry powder or paste and chili powder and cook over medium heat for 2-3 minutes, stirring frequently.
- Remove the pan from the heat and stir in the raisins and popped corn. Season with salt to taste and mix well. Transfer to a serving bowl and serve warm or cold.

- 1 garlic clove, peeled and crushed
- 60 gram unbalanced almonds
- 60 gram unsalted cashews
- 60 gram unsalted peanuts
- 1 teaspoon curry powder or paste
- ¼ teaspoon chili powder
- 60 gram seedless raisins
- Salt
