SPICED BARBECUED CORN ON THE COB

Preparation Method :
- Prepare the corn on the cob and set aside.
- Preheat the grill if you are using it.
- In a small bowl mix together the chilli powder, salt and lemon juice. Melt the butter and add this to the mixture.
- Using a pastry brush, brush each corn on the cob with the spice mixture and grill them, turn occasionally and baste with more spice mixture.
- Serve each one with two lemon wedges.
INGREDIENTS
- 5 -7 corn on the cob, peeled and wiped clean
- 1 teaspoon chilli powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 3 tablespoons lemon juice
- 100 grams butter
- 2 lemons, cut into 12 wedges
