SESAME ROLLS

Preparation Method :
- Mix yeast, sugar, salt, oil and warm water together in a bowl. Leave it for 15 minutes.
- After 15 minutes add flour to the yeast mixture, make this into dough.
- After making dough brush it with some oil so that it doesn't dry .Let it rise for 1 hour, by this time it will be double in size.
- Prepare the garlic spread by mixing all the ingredients in a bowl.
- Punch down the air in the dough, roll the dough using a rolling pin into a rectangle shape, at least 1/2 inch thick, and apply little flour to prevent sticking.
- Apply garlic spread over the rolled dough.
- Roll it and cut it into equal parts.
- Place the rolls in the greased pan.
- Apply any remaining garlic spread on top of the rolls. Let it rest for 30 more minutes.
- Brush the top of the garlic rolls with egg wash or milk or butter.
- Sprinkle some sesame seeds on top.
- Bake in preheated oven at 450 for 10 - 15 minutes.
INGREDIENTS
For the dough
- 600 grams All Purpose flour
- 200 ml Warm water
- 1 Teaspoon Yeast
- 2 Tablespoon Sugar
- 50 ml Sesame oil
- ½ Teaspoon Salt
- 100 white sesame seeds
Garlic Spread
- 30 grams Parmesan cheese
- 5 Garlic cloves, Minced
- 6-8 Tablespoon Butter
- 2 Teaspoon Italian seasoning
