Preparation Method :
- Soak rajma in water overnight.
- Remove the skin by pouring boiling water over it. Grind the rajma to a coarse paste.
- Add chopped onion, green chillies, tomatoes, chilli powder, coriander powder, lemon juice, and peanuts and salt to that rajma paste.
- Then, add garam masala powder and add besan and mix it well.
- Make that mixture as a small rolls/balls or which ever the shape you want.
- Deep fry in hot oil/ghee till golden brown.
INGREDIENTS
- 250 grams rajma
- 1 medium sized tomato, chopped fine
- 1 medium sized onion, chopped fine
- 2 green chillies, chopped fine
- 100 grams peanuts (roughly crushed)
- Handful of coriander leaves chopped
- Juice of half a lemon
- 2 teaspoon Chilli powder
- 2 teaspoon coriander powder
- Salt to taste
- Garam masala powder
- Cooking oil for frying
- 1 tablespoon of besan
