MIXTURE

Preparation Method :

  • In a big mixing bowl, add the bhoondhi, sev, roasted peanuts, poha, green peas, cashews, raisins and dalia.
  • Heat oil in a pan and fry the garlic and curry leaves. Remove from the flame.
  • Add the above to the bowl.
  • Add this fried garlic also to the mixing bowl.

INGREDIENTS

  • 400 grams Sev
  • 400 grams Boondi
  • 2 tablespoon Roasted Peanuts
  • 2 tablespoon Dalia
  • 2 strands Curry Leaves
  • 1 whole Garlic, crushed
  • 1 teaspoon Chili Powder
  • 100 grams Aval (poha), roasted
  • 2 tablespoon Roasted Green Peas
  • 2-3 tablespoon Roasted Cashews
  • 2 tablespoon roasted Raisins
