MIXTURE
Preparation Method :
- In a big mixing bowl, add the bhoondhi, sev, roasted peanuts, poha, green peas, cashews, raisins and dalia.
- Heat oil in a pan and fry the garlic and curry leaves. Remove from the flame.
- Add the above to the bowl.
- Add this fried garlic also to the mixing bowl.
INGREDIENTS
- 400 grams Sev
- 400 grams Boondi
- 2 tablespoon Roasted Peanuts
- 2 tablespoon Dalia
- 2 strands Curry Leaves
- 1 whole Garlic, crushed
- 1 teaspoon Chili Powder
- 100 grams Aval (poha), roasted
- 2 tablespoon Roasted Green Peas
- 2-3 tablespoon Roasted Cashews
- 2 tablespoon roasted Raisins
