Preparation Method :
- Dry roast both green gram and bengal gram dal.
- Pressure cook with water for three whistles.
- Cool the mixture and grind it with salt, green chillies, ginger and kasoori methi.
- In a kadai, sputter mustard and jeera in oil, pour in the ground mixture and stir till it becomes thick. Allow it to cool.
- Knead 150 grams of maida with 2 teaspoons of cooking oil and a pinch of salt. Add the required amount of water and make a soft dough.
- Divide the dough into small balls, roll it, fill the stuffing, roll it again and make like parathas in a non-stick tawa.

- 100 grams kasoori methi (dried methi)
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 3 green chillies
- A small piece of ginger
- 1 teaspoon cooking oil
- 150 grams maida
For seasoning
- 1 tablespoon mustard and cumin seeds
