Preparation Method :
- Combine chopped onions, tomatoes, green chilies, coriander, lime juice and salt. Mix well and keep aside. This is the topping for masala papadum.
- Heat sufficient oil in a deep pan. Deep fry papadum until it is evenly roasted and crisp.
- Arrange the roasted papadums on a serving platter and sprinkle some chili powder and chaat masala over the papadum.
- Now spread the topping of onions and tomatoes over the papadum and again sprinkle some chaat masala.
- Garnish with coriander and serve immediately.

- 5 papadums
- 1 Onion, finely chopped
- 2 Tomato, deseeded and chopped finely
- 4 Green Chilies, thinly chopped
- 50 grams fresh coriander, finely chopped
- 1 teaspoon Chaat masala
- ¾ teaspoon Red Chili powder
- Juice of 1 lime
- Salt to taste
- IDHAYAM MANTRA Peanut oil
