CRISPY SPINACH CUTLET

Preparation Method :
- In a bowl, add mashed potato, spinach puree, corn flour, salt, pepper and mix well to make a dough.
- In another bowl, add sauted spinach, mashed paneer, grated cheese, red chillies, salt, onions, pudina and mix well.
- Flatten the spinach dough and fill the paneer mixture in the centre.
- Make the cutlet shape out of it.
- Heat sesame oil in a pan, shallow fry the cutlets till done.
- Serve hot with sauce.
INGREDIENTS
- 200 grams boiled, finely mashed potato
- 4 tablespoon blanched spinach puree
- 150 grams corn flour
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 200 grams finely chopped & sauted spinach
- 100 grams mashed paneer
- 100 grams grated cheese
- 3 teaspoon finely chopped fresh red chillies
- Salt to taste
- 4 teaspoon finely chopped onions
- 2 teaspoon finely chopped pudina
- Sesame oil for frying
