CRISPY POHA BALLS

Preparation Method :
- Wash poha and soak it for 3 minutes.
- Chop the onions and green chilli finely.
- In a pan, add 1 tablespoon of Sesame Oil and cumin seeds, onions, green chilli, curry leaves, Asafoetida and stir for 2 minutes.
- Squeeze all the water from poha and add the stirred onions, grated carrots, Cashews, grated coconut, salt and mix well as vada mix.
- Heat Sesame Oil and make it as a small balls and fry till it becomes golden brown colour.
INGREDIENTS
- 100 grams Poha
- 2 nos Onion
- 2 nos Green chilli
- 1 small carrot Grated
- 10 nos Curry leaves
- Salt to taste
- IDHAYAM Sesame Oil as required
- ½ teaspoon Turmeric powder
- 10 nos Cashew nuts
- 1 teaspoon Asafoetida
- 1 teaspoon Cumin seeds
- 3 tablespoons Grated coconut
