Preparation Method :
- Take fry pan and heat oil in it.
- Add chilli-garlic paste and saute till the raw smell goes away.
- Add sweet corn, grated carrot , coriander leaves, fresh mint leaves, garam masala powder, lemon juice,sugar,salt and stir for two minutes and allow it to come down to room temperature.
- Add the potatoes, paneer and cheese to it.
- Now stuffing is ready.
- Take kachcha papad, and tear into two halves. Make it into cone shapes and paste the edges with the help of water.
- Fill the stuffing in the cones.
- Now prepare batter with besan and salt.
- Dip the cone into the batter and deep fry them till it turns golden.
- Serve with tomato sauce and green chutney.
INGREDIENTS
- 4 medium Potatoes, boiled and mashed
- 100 grams Sweet corn
- 100 grams Carrot, grated
- 25 grams Paneer
- 1 small cube Cheese
- 5 to 6 Kachcha papad
- 2 tablespoons Fresh coriander leaves, chopped
- 1 tablespoon Fresh mint leaves, chopped
- ½ tablespoon Lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon Chilli -garlic paste
- ½ tablespoon Garam masala
- Salt to taste
- 200 grams Besan
- Sugar (Optional) to taste
- Cooking oil For deep fry
