Preparation Method :
- Mix all ingredients except oil till it forms a stiff dough.
- Make small lemon-sized balls and refrigerate for half an hour.
- Heat oil in frying pan over medium heat and deep fry the balls till golden brown and crisp.
- Serve hot with tomato ketchup or mint chutney.
INGREDIENTS
- 4 cubes of grated cheese
- 4 tablespoon sweet com kernels
- 4 tablespoon bread crumbs
- 1 tablespoon corn flour
- A few teaspoon of milk
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- IDHAYAM MANTRA Peanut oil for frying
