Preparation Method :
- Boil the potatoes. Peel off the skin. Grate the potato.
- Add chopped chillies, onion, coriander, Masala powders, salt and mix well.
- To make a dipping, add Soya, corn and gram flours with black sesame seeds, chilli powder, eno salt and regular salt together with some water to make a batter
- Take the bread. Remove the edges and slice into a triangular shape.
- Between two triangular bread slices, place some potato filling.
- Heat sesame oil in a pan.
- Dip the above sandwiched slices into the flour batter and deep fry in the hot sesame oil.
- Serve it with tomato ketch up.
INGREDIENTS
- 1 loaf of Bread
For Stuffing:
- 250 grams Potato
- 2 Onions
- 5 Green Chillies
- 1 teaspoon jeera powder
- 1 teaspoon Dhania powder
- ½ teaspoon Karam Masala or Amchur powder
- ¼ teaspoon Turmeric powder
- Few Coriander leaves
- Salt to taste
For Dipping:
- 500 ml IDHAYAM Sesame oil
- 2 teaspoon Soya flour
- 2 teaspoon Corn flour
- 200 grams Gram flour
- 2 teaspoon Black Sesame seeds
- ¼ teaspoon Eno salt
- 1 teaspoon Chilli powder
- Salt to taste
