Preparation Method :
- Heat a flat griddle or pan with a little oil, pour the pancake on to the griddle to form a circle.
- When the pancake starts to crisp at the edges, flip the pancake over and cook until golden brown.
- Serve the pancakes with Tomato Salad and fresh lime wedges.
INGREDIENTS
- IDHAYAM sesame Oil, for frying
Flour Mixture - Mix with Little Water to Smooth Thin Batter
- 220 grams white rice flour
- ½ teaspoon cumin seeds
- ½ teaspoon chilli powder
- Salt, to taste
