MULTI GRAIN POTATO PANCAKES

Preparation Method :

  • In a bowl, add multi grain flour, pinch of salt, red chili powder, and black pepper powder with water to make a batter and keep it aside.
  • Heat sesame oil in a pan, add jeera, green chillies, and onions and stir fry for 7 minutes.
  • Add mashed potatoes. Fry for 4 minutes and keep it aside.
  • Heat oil in a pan, pour a little batter and make a pancake.
  • Shallow fry it on both sides.
  • Place the potato filling on the pancake and fold it and serve.

INGREDIENTS

  • 200 grams multi grain flour
  • Salt as per taste
  • 1 tablespoon black pepper powder
  • 1 tablespoon red chilli powder
  • 5 green chillies finely chopped
  • 50 grams coriander leaves finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon jeera
  • 4 tablespoon Sesame oil
  • 3-4 boiled mashed potatoes
  • 1 finely chopped onion

    what do you mean by multi grain flour ( it is atta or maida)

    multi grain flour is a flour which contains wheat flour, ragi flour, rice flour and bajra flour
