Preparation Method :
- In a bowl, add multi grain flour, pinch of salt, red chili powder, and black pepper powder with water to make a batter and keep it aside.
- Heat sesame oil in a pan, add jeera, green chillies, and onions and stir fry for 7 minutes.
- Add mashed potatoes. Fry for 4 minutes and keep it aside.
- Heat oil in a pan, pour a little batter and make a pancake.
- Shallow fry it on both sides.
- Place the potato filling on the pancake and fold it and serve.
INGREDIENTS
- 200 grams multi grain flour
- Salt as per taste
- 1 tablespoon black pepper powder
- 1 tablespoon red chilli powder
- 5 green chillies finely chopped
- 50 grams coriander leaves finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon jeera
- 4 tablespoon Sesame oil
- 3-4 boiled mashed potatoes
- 1 finely chopped onion

what do you mean by multi grain flour ( it is atta or maida)
multi grain flour is a flour which contains wheat flour, ragi flour, rice flour and bajra flour
