Preparation Method :
- Soak rice and channa dhal in water overnight.
- Grind it by adding necessary water to make a Idly/Dosa batter consistency.
- Add salt, coriander leaves, green chillies and green peas.
- Heat the mustard oil in a deep frying pan.
- With the help of a laddle, take some mixture and pour it into the hot oil.
- The mixture will spread and puffs. Deep-fry till it turns golden brown on both sides.
- Take out Dhuskas from the pan and place on an absorbent paper to drain out excess oil.
- Serve hot with tomato chutney or mustard chutney.

- 200 grams pre Boiled Rice
- 200 grams Channa Dhal
- 100 grams fresh Green Peas
- 2 Green Chillies chopped finely
- Salt to taste
- 200 grams Mustard oil
- 50 grams Coriander leaves chopped finely

i liked this method of makin this dish but jst want to know whether it should b made in mustard oil
This dhuska is very famous in Jharkhand,& specially in holika dahan we are making this dish surely
