Preparation Method :
- Take ginger, garlic, green chillis and coriander leaves together and make a fine paste at blender, keep aside.
- Cut the fish into pieces.
- Apply Ground paste and salt, mix well then add maida & corn flour mix well then add fennel seeds powder, Carom seeds powder, curry leaves, red chilli powder and little salt again, mix well.
- Keep on refrigerator for 10 minutes.
- After 10 minutes heat the Sesame oil in high flame then simmer and fry fish 2-3 pieces at a time.
- After frying add pinch of chaat masala over fish pakodas.
- Serve hot with green chutney or tomato ketchup.
INGREDIENTS
- 2 tablespoons Maida
- 1 tablespoon corn flour
- 500 grams boneless fish washed & drain
- 6 cloves of garlic
- ½ inch ginger
- 1 teaspoon coriander leaves
- 2 teaspoons Fennel seeds, roasted and crushed
- 1 teaspoon Carom seeds, roasted crushed
- 2 green chillies
- 1 teaspoon red chili powder
- Curry leaves, finely chopped
- ½ teaspoon chaat masala
- Cooking oil for frying
- Salt to taste
