Preparation Method :
- Sprinkle salt and pepper over the eggs and keep it aside.
- Mix all the ingredients of the batter together, add enough water to get a batter of medium consistency to coat the eggs.
- Dip eggs in the batter and deep fry on medium heat to golden brown. Remove on absorbent paper.
- Sprinkle chaat masala and serve hot with tomato ketchup.

- 4 eggs - hard boiled and halved

- Chaat masala to sprinkle

- 75 grams gram flour
- 50 ml water
- Salt and chilli powder to taste
- 2 tablespoon chopped coriander
