Preparation Method :
- For the dahi ke angarey:
- Heat oil in a kadai.
- In a large bowl mix hung curd, ginger, green chillies, onions, green capsicum, semolina, oil, Salt. The mixture should be thick as the consistency for pakoras.
- Now deep fry small dumplings of this till golden brown.
- Serve hot with the peanut chutney.
- For the chutney:
- Whisk peanuts, chopped coriander, green chillies, lemon Juice, Salt and water in a grinder till smooth.

- 200 grams hung curd
- 2 tablespoon ginger finely chopped
- 3-4 green chillies finely chopped
- 2 large onions finely chopped
- 1 large green capsicum finely chopped
- 100 grams semolina (sooji)
- Cooking oil for frying
- Salt to taste
For the chutney:
- 200 grams peanuts (with skin)
- 100 grams chopped coriander
- 3 green chillies
- Juice of one lemon
- Salt to taste
- 200 ml water or butter milk
