CRISPY ONION PAKORA

Preparation Method :
- Remove the skin of onion, and chop to fine pieces.
- In a mixing bowl, add the chopped onions to it.
- Add Besan, Rice flour and Rawa to it. Add chilli Powder, salt, asafoetida and chopped coriander leaves.
- Mix well without adding water and make a small pakoras out of it.
- Heat Sesame oil in a kadai. Take the mixture and drop them slowly to hot oil.
- When the pakoras turns golden brown, remove from oil.
- Serve hot with Tomato Sauce.
INGREDIENTS
- 3 Onion, Chopped
- 600 grams Besan
- 100 grams Rice flour
- 200 grams Rava
- 1 teaspoon Red chilli Powder
- Handful of Coriander leaves, Chopped
- ½ teaspoon Asafoetida
- IDHAYAM Sesame oil to fry
- Salt to taste
