Preparation Method :
- Grate the corn on the cobs.
- Add besan, coriander and chopped green chili to the grated corn. Mix well. Keep aside.
- At serving time, add salt and pepper to the corn mixture, mix well. Heat oil for frying.
- Drop 1 tablespoon of batter in medium hot oil, with the help of a spoon.
- Fry 4-5 pieces at a time on medium heat, till golden brown on all sides.
- Drain on a paper napkin.
- Mix both chutneys to get a spicy sauce. Dot each pakore with the mixed chutney.
INGREDIENTS
- 3 large corn on cobs
- 1¼ tablespoon besan
- 2 tablespoon chopped green coriander
- 1 green chili - chopped
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon pepper
- IDHAYAM Sesame oil for frying
Mixed Chutney to Serve
- 50 ml imli chutney
- 50 ml poodina chutney
