Preparation Method :
- Half Boil the baby potatoes.
- In a bowl, mix the besan, rice flour, ajwain, jeera, salt, haldi and add some water and mix it well.
- Make a batter with pinch of soda.
- Cut the boiled potatoes.
- Dip the potatoes in batter.
- Heat oil in a pan, Fry the pakoda till turns golden brown.
- Serve hot.
INGREDIENTS
- 500 grams baby potato
- 400 grams besan
- 1 tablespoon rice flour
- 1 teaspoon ajwain
- 1 teaspoon jeera
- 1 pinch haldi
- 1 pinch baking soda
- Salt to taste
- Sesame oil for frying
