ALOO PAKODA

Preparation Method :

  • Half Boil the baby potatoes.
  • In a bowl, mix the besan, rice flour, ajwain, jeera, salt, haldi and add some water and mix it well.
  • Make a batter with pinch of soda.
  • Cut the boiled potatoes.
  • Dip the potatoes in batter.
  • Heat oil in a pan, Fry the pakoda till turns golden brown.
  • Serve hot.

INGREDIENTS

  • 500 grams baby potato
  • 400 grams besan
  • 1 tablespoon rice flour
  • 1 teaspoon ajwain
  • 1 teaspoon jeera
  • 1 pinch haldi
  • 1 pinch baking soda
  • Salt to taste
  • Sesame oil for frying
