FISH KACHORI

In the mood for some Fish Snacks? Try the Fish Kachori, a past stuffed Roll of Fish that is as tasty as you can imagine. So many ingredients combined to perfection for a satisfying and remembered Fish Snack.

Preparation Method :

  • Stuffing: Sieve the Flour and the Salt together.
  • Add the Ghee and add water and mix to make a medium soft dough.
  • Once the dough is ready, cover it with a damp cloth.
  • Kachori: Grind the Ginger and the Garlic and put them both together in a cup.
  • Steam the Fish with the Turmeric Powder and with a little bit of purified water. Remove the bones.
  • In a pan, heat up the Mustard Oil, add the Ground Paste and the Red Chilli Powder. Now sauté this mixture for some time and add Sugar, Salt and the Fish. Fry this entire mixture and stir until it becomes dry. Add Panch Phoron and keep mixing and stirring.
  • Now divide the dough into medium sized balls. With your palm, roll it into thick puris and then put one Tablespoon of Stuffing in the center of each Puri. Cover the sides, make a ball once again and roll into a Puri.
  • Heat up the Peanut Oil and deep fry the Puris one at a time.
  • This dish should be served hot. Enjoy..!

  • 2 inches of Ginger
  • 7 Garlic Cloves
  • 700 grams Fish
  • 1 Teaspoon of Turmeric Powder
  • 2 Tablespoons of Mustard oil
  • 1 Teaspoon of Red Chilli Powder
  • ½ Teaspoon of Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Panch Phoron
  • Salt as to your preference
