FISH FINGERS
Who doesn’t like Fish Fingers. This fun and delicious snack will make everyone happy. If you like fish, this snack is not only healthy, but is also prepared with many strong spices and flavors.

Preparation Method :
- Always wash and clean the Fish well and cut it into fingers.
- Take the mixture of Ginger Paste and Garlic Paste, Salt and Lemon Juice and marinate the Fish Fingers for ½ hour.
- Now you mix the Red Chilli Powder, maybe more Salt and the Coarse Rice Flour separately.
- Now you remove the Fish Fingers from the first marinate and roll them in the Red Chilli and in the Rice Flour Mixture.
- Take a new pan, heat up the frying oil and fry the Fish Fingers until they become golden brown and crisp.
INGREDIENTS
- 600 Grams of Fish Fillet
- 200 grams coarse rice flour
- 2 Tablespoon of Ginger Paste
- 2 Tablespoon of Garlic Paste
- 3 Teaspoon of red chilli powder
- 4 Tablespoon of Lemon juice
- 500 ml of Cooking oil to deep fry
- Add Salt as preferred
