Preparation Method :
- To prepare the white sauce: Melt the butter in a heavy bottomed pan. Add maida and stir for a minute.
- Stir in the milk and cook, stirring continuously till thick, followed by the salt, pepper to taste. Remove from fire and keep the white sauce aside.
- Boil the chicken with a pinch of salt and ½ cup water till tender. Debone the meat and cut into cubes.
- Toast the slice to make it medium brown. Cut each piece into 2 triangles.
- Mix the chicken, white sauce, cheese and seasonings.
- Spread the mixture on the toasts and grill it in hot oven on the top rack for 1 minute or till slightly brown.
- Serve hot with ketchup.

- 50 grams washed, boiled and cubed chicken pieces
- 2 tablespoon processed cheese - grated
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 9 slices bread
- 200 ml of White sauce
- 300 ml milk
- 2 tablespoon butter
- 3 tablespoon maida
- Salt, pepper to taste
