GRILLED CHICKEN WITH CHEESE

Preparation Method :
- Cut four pieces of foil 30 cm square. Cut three slits in each chicken breast and arrange them on the foil.
- Mix together the oil, lemon juice, thyme and salt and pepper.
- Draw the foil around the chicken, pour over the sauce and seal the parcels.
- Cook the chicken parcels under a preheated moderate grill, turning them once, for 30 minutes until the juices run clear when pierced with a skewer.
- Open the parcels, arrange the ham, cheese, then tomatoes on the chicken breasts and spoon over a little sauce.
- Grill the topping under a high heat for 3-4 minutes until the cheese melts.
- Serve immediately.
INGREDIENTS
- 8 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 8 tablespoons IDHAYAM sesame oil
- 2 tablespoon lemon juice
- 2 tablespoon dried thyme
- 200 grams cooked ham, thinly sliced
- 100 grams Gruyere cheese, thinly sliced
- 4 large tomatoes, sliced
- Salt and pepper
