GRILLED CHICKEN WITH CHEESE

Preparation Method :

  • Cut four pieces of foil 30 cm square. Cut three slits in each chicken breast and arrange them on the foil.
  • Mix together the oil, lemon juice, thyme and salt and pepper.
  • Draw the foil around the chicken, pour over the sauce and seal the parcels.
  • Cook the chicken parcels under a preheated moderate grill, turning them once, for 30 minutes until the juices run clear when pierced with a skewer.
  • Open the parcels, arrange the ham, cheese, then tomatoes on the chicken breasts and spoon over a little sauce.
  • Grill the topping under a high heat for 3-4 minutes until the cheese melts.
  • Serve immediately. 

INGREDIENTS

  • 8 boneless, skinless chicken breasts 
  • 8 tablespoons IDHAYAM sesame oil 
  • 2 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoon dried thyme
  • 200 grams cooked ham, thinly sliced
  • 100 grams Gruyere cheese, thinly sliced
  • 4 large tomatoes, sliced 
  • Salt and pepper
