Preparation Method :
- Heat the oil and fry the chicken breasts for 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally.
- When cooked, drain and sprinkle with the five spice powder. Cut into shreds and stir in the bean sprouts.
- Cut the spring onions into shreds and add to the chicken mixture. Season with salt and pepper.
- Cut the filo pastry into twenty rectangles. Spoon a little chicken mixture along the shorter edge of each one and sprinkle with soy sauce.
- Tuck the sides over the filling and roll the pastry to enclose the filling.
- Mix the flour with a little water to make the paste, brush along the edge of the roll and press to seal.
- Heat the oil in a wok or large frying pan and cook the rolls in batches for about 4-6 minutes.
- Drain on kitchen paper and serve at once.

- 200 grams bean sprouts
- 4 spring onions
- 5 sheets of filo pastry
- Soy sauce

- Water, to mix
